Their blog entries count as translations but the translations are not only blogs. It's basically any article that is translated from another language into english.
And only staff are allowed to repost these translations outside of the forum.

^We don't have rules like that, however it would be nice if you have more than just a hello/thank you posts of course :D Of course you can use those rules over here as well, just do how you would like to :D
